Cooking Class with Chef Claus, June 12th at 6:30pm
This June 12th at 6:30 pm Chef Claus will offer another of his very popular and enticing cooking classes. For this class, Chef will show students how to prepare Cedar Plank Atlantic Salmon with Jasmine Rice and fresh fruit Salsa. This meal will begin with a Vichyssoise/Cold Potato Leek with Apple-wood Smoked Bacon and Crème Fraiche and for dessert Chef Claus will show viewers how to make a fabulous Lemon Bavarian Cream.
